The last hour of daylight before the sun sets may just be the prettiest hour of the day.

Yes, I could totally use a little more of this. I feel like its been awhile since I’ve indulged in any projects, but am constantly inspired by what’s around me – whether it online or not. To start on the “more self-creation” mindset, have you noticed my new blog design? Just a few tweaks to the colors + learning basic html (!) + putting together new graphics = YAY! Blog makeover!! It’s still a work in progress and there’s always more to learn! I’m considering a few more possible blog changes (eeek!), but I’m happy with what I’ve put together so far. Happy Weekend!

Farewell 2011 and Happy New Year! We’ll be sending off 2011 with confetti, sparkles, champagne, and surrounded by our favorite people tonight. The end of the year is always filled with reflection and promises of new things to come. I’m aiming to take chances this year, be more proactive about making changes, focus on the present, and continue creating and being inspired. What about you? Whatever your goals/resolutions/wishes, let’s make 2012 our best year ever.
