Chocolate Souffles

If you’re on the search for the perfect Valentine’s day dessert, you can stop your search now. Not only are these chocolate souffles light & chocolatey, they are super easy to make. Like ten minutes prep easy. Like so easy that I baked these in the toaster oven. Okay, so our oven broke and the toaster oven was my only option, but still. I felt like I was baking with an Easy Bake oven. Also, an added bonus is how fancy schmancy you’ll feel when you say, “Oh, I just made us souuuuffles. No big deal.”
